Join us on the Kingston Mencap Carnival walking float and take part in the procession at Kingston Carnival. We would like all members to wear a similar tabard or poncho style top and will be looking to make these at our clubs over the coming weeks. You would need to meet up at Kingston Guildhall KT1 1EU at 11:30 ready to walk in the procession at midday. The procession is quite short going from Guildhall around to the high street then back into the market place and can be completed on foot or using a wheelchair easily. We have the New Mugs Ukulele band walking with us adding some songs for our group to sing along with and have a little dance in true carnival style. Once the procession is over why not stay and enjoy the live music stages and all the carnival stages have to offer.
