The Thursday Drop In is a fun session which focuses on social skills and health and wellbeing.

The session starts with a seated exercise class followed by a dance session or Boccia.

There is usually an Arts and Craft session followed bu Musical Bingo. There is always time to have a drink and chat to friends.
