Laughs and Scarves is an exercise class run by Nicola from the YMCA Inclusive Lives Project.

It's a fun popular multi sensory class that suits all abilities. The class runs from 12 - 1pm. Bring a packed lunch as the Drop In is open from 11.30 - 2.30.
